1. Are KENMEN products tested on Animals?

No testing on animals is permitted or sanctioned by us or our manufacturers or our contracted laboratories. KENMEN Cosmetics do not contain any Animal Products or Bi-products. All proteins are derived from Plant, Fruit or Vegetable Extracts.

2. Are KENMEN products hypo-allergenic?

All KENMEN products are hypo-allergenic, meaning fragrance (synthetic) free, non-acnegenic and oil-free by cosmetic industry standards (this means that KENMEN products do not contain pore-clogging oils). The term "non-acnegenic" is used when a product has undergone clinical testing by board certified dermatologists and was determined not to increase the number of or worsen acne lesions on acne-prone skins.

KENMEN products do contain natural Herbal & Botanical compounds as well as the finest Essential oils, which function as emollients or anti-inflammatory agents (for example: Acerola Fruit oil, Ylang Ylang, Rosa Mesquita, Tea Tree Oil and Chamomilla Recucita oils, just to name a few). These oils are detoxifying and beneficial in providing and maintaining hydration to the skin.

Discontinued KENMEN products

We may discontinue certain items in our lines due to the following important factors:

  1. We have created a similar product, which we feel provides better performance.
  2. The manufacturer may discontinue ingredients used in the manufacturing process of certain products, and a suitable alternate may not be available.
  3. Customer preferences & purchasing patterns of our retail partners.

Law prohibits re-Sale of KENMEN by private individuals

Please be advised that we distribute our products for sale only at our authorized retail store accounts, located in major department stores or independent retailers. While there are other points of sale, we control our own distribution network at this time. We do not offer franchises.

Item Availability

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via E-mail and advised of the expected ship date of the back ordered item. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as they become available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. Incorrect orders:

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by an incorrect order. Kindly notify us upon receipt of your package and we will be happy to reimburse you for the return shipping fee - via UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post. We will as well cover all shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

Maximum Purchase Policy

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than three (3) units of the same item per customer. The maximum purchase per customer will be limited to $500 USD.

Sales Tax In Canada

Canadian orders will be charged the additional G.S.T sales tax for all provinces other than Quebec. An additional Q.S.T sales tax is applicable to Quebec residents only.

    August 23, 2005 - U.S. issued MasterCards - Cross Border Assessment

    Effective October 1, 2005, MasterCard will be imposing a fee on: (a) Cross-border transactions on U.S. issued MasterCard and (b) cross-border transactions on MasterCard-branded credit cards that are issued outside the U.S. region, but are acquired within in the U.S. region.

    We are making every effort to have this new regulation revoked (as we did with VISA) Visa established an Optional Issuer fee last April, and retracted their policy change on June 9th. We and our acquirer are voicing our concern/objection to MasterCard, hoping that ultimately they will reverse this pricing change.

    In the meantime we ask you, our valued customer to verify the exact nature of this fee with your MasterCard issuer, prior to purchasing. We apologize for this penalty imposed by MasterCard & we hope this situation will be resolved in the very near future.

    Order Processing

    Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of E-mail receipt notification.

    Most orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will begin processing on the next business day.

    We are not able to process orders through Priority shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Service).

    Orders are not processed on major holidays. They will be processed the next business day.

    Order Cancellations

    Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Cannot ship to address provided by online customer
  • Duplicate order was placed

    If your order is cancelled, you will receive an E-mail notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.     Applies only to standard service in Canada and Ground Service in U.S. VIA Canada Post ONLY. Free shipping applies only to US and Canadian orders of $100 USD and over including Promotions. Regretfully we are unable to offer Free shipping outside of Canada & the United States.

    We must advise our customers of possible delays with packages destined for the United States due to the new Anti-Terrorism by-laws. FDA & Customs may hold packages at random for inspection and this will delay deliveries. We apologize for this inconvenience which is beyond our control.

    Returns and Exchanges

    We stand by our commitment to offer our Customers the highest quality in cosmetic & skin care products available.

    If for any reason the products you receive from our Online Store do not meet this expectation we kindly ask that you first contact us by Telephone to advise us of the problem and we will then issue you a "Return Authorization Number" and ask that you ship the product (or remainder) back to us within 10 business days.
    ***We will only accept returns with an authorization number attached to your original invoice, it is very important that your retain your invoice which was included with your package.***

    We will credit your return toward other KENMEN products.
    We do not refund or accept returns especially on Skin Colour (makeup) products.

    When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip/invoice, noting the items being returned and listing any items that should be sent in exchange - please do not forget to include your Return Authorization #.

    Regrettably, shipping and handling fees for returns are not refundable.

    If you purchased your item at a retail store, please understand that each store has its own return policy & you must contact the retailer and inform them of the problem. We must inform that returns or exchanges for purchases made in one of our partnered retail outlets may not be returned to KENMEN Headquarters or any of its subsidiary websites.

    Product Returns & Return Refunds

    We will readily accept returns under the following conditions:

    We will issue a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item/s damaged or tainted in the shipping process on the proviso that you immediately notify us by phone or email. Returns will be accepted within 10 days of purchase date, with an Authorized Return Number issued by KENMEN. We do not accept product return requests after 10 days. We cannot accept products, which have been opened or used.


    Gift refunds are directly issued to the purchaser's credit card. Credit Card Refunds may take up to 30 Business days to be processed (this schedule does not include weekends or holidays). Please note that your financial institution could take up to seven business days to reflect this transaction.
